Advanced Marine is pleased to announce the addition of a SeaBotix LBV-300-5 remotely operated vehicle (ROV) to our equipment inventory. This small but highly capable observation-class ROV is rated to a depth of 300 meters (984 feet). Configured with BlueView sonar and two grabbers, this equipment is a useful tool for a wide range of underwater tasks. These include, but are not limited to, surveys, salvage at depths exceeding air diver limitations, search & recovery operations, marine research, etc.
With the addition of the wheeled crawler skid, this ROV can perform visual and sonar inspections inside flooded, partially flooded or dry pipes. The vortex generating thruster on the crawler enables this ROV to adhere to vertical or horizontal surfaces, such as ship hulls and sea walls.
